Shaver for wet shaving or dry shaving? Which one is right for you?

One of the biggest differences between different machines is whether they can withstand water or not. There is no right or wrong here, some people prefer to shave in front of the mirror while others like to do it in the shower because it's easier to rinse their hair off afterwards. The objective advantage of a device that can handle wet shaving is that you have the choice to decide how you want to do it, and that you can rinse it off afterwards. The downside is that they can sometimes cost a few extra dollars. Whichever of these shavers you prefer, you can find different variants of them below.

Linear or rotary blades on the shaver?

Two of the most well-known manufacturers of shavers are Braun and Philips, and they have taken slightly different approaches to the development of their products. Braun is mainly known for its linear blades, while Philips has focused on rotary blades. Generally speaking, rotary blades are preferable if you have a coarser and wilder beard growth. In the end, however, it's mostly a matter of personal preference.
