The ROG Ryujin III is an improved version of the previous generation. The 3.5-inch LCD display shows real-time system statistics or custom backgrounds and animated GIFs. Underneath, an Axial-tech upgraded integrated fan improves the motherboard's VRM temperature by up to 35 degrees Celsius and the 8th generation Asetek pump and cold plate combine to deliver even lower CPU temperatures. The liquid is fed in through long braided hoses and cooled by a larger cooling cell and two notoriously quiet 120mm Noctua fans.
LCD customisation
The ROG Ryujin III's 3.5-inch LCD panel is the largest LCD built into an AIO cooler on the market, allowing you to add customisable graphics to your setup. Through Armoury Crate, you can configure the LCD panel to display important system information such as temperatures, voltages, fan speeds or frequencies. Includes a one-year subscription to AIDA64 Extreme software for advanced hardware and software monitoring and includes tools to measure system and component performance.
ROG Ryujin III has doubled the internal memory to support clearer default animations and longer videos.
New generation Asetek pump
The 8th generation Asetek pump features a three-stage motor for higher flow and quieter operation.
- New cold plate - The contact surface is now 32% larger to keep even the most powerful processors cool.
- Improved piping - The internal diameter of the braided hoses has been increased from 5 mm to 7 mm to reduce flow resistance.
- Thicker heat sink - 3 mm thicker than the previous generation heat sink, improving cooling performance.
- Built-in VRM fan - An enlarged, built-in Axial-tech fan improves airflow, reducing motherboard VRM temperatures by up to 35 degrees Celsius.

In response to the thermal challenges of the latest multi-core CPUs, the ROG Ryujin III includes Noctua PPC-2000 PWM fans for industrial cooling, ensuring high performance and ultra-low noise levels.
