Axial-tech fan design
Originally developed for high-end ROG graphics cards, the Axial-tech fan design features a smaller centre, allowing for longer wings, and a downward air pressure boosting frame. Improved efficiency allows the fan to cool the assembly at low speeds, reducing system noise and extending component life.
0 dB technology
The integrated controller stops the 135 mm fan when TDP is below 40%, resulting in low noise levels for light gaming. The fans turn on automatically when TDP is above 40%.
ROG Cooling Fins
ROG cooling fins have twice the volume of standard cooling solutions, enabling low operating temperatures inside the Strix power supplies. This extends component life and enables silent operation for longer than conventional solutions. The cooling coils are so efficient that their fans are as quiet as a whisper - even at full load.
Double ball bearing fan
Different bearing types have different advantages and disadvantages. In a power supply, durability is everything. That's why ASUS uses double ball bearings developed by ASUS, which last up to twice as long as plain bearings.
