American adventure drama from 2012 directed by Ang Lee and based on Yann Martel's 2001 novel of the same name.
The film follows the young man Pi, who sails towards Canada with his family and their entire zoo. In a tragic accident, the ship goes down, Pi rescues himself and gets on a lifeboat with a number of the animals. This leads to an incredible and life-changing journey in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with a life-threatening Bengal tiger.
