Marc Garan is part of an international group of hitmen. He goes to Tokyo on a special mission which, if done well, will bring him 10 million. When he arrives in town, it turns out that Marc isn't the only assassin. Other experienced colleagues have also been called in. The legendary assassin king Jorg Drakos explains that they gather to compete for who can assassinate him and win the prize money. Only one of the assassins must survive to claim the money.
