We are in France in 1912 and crime has its crowning days. To put an end to gangsterism, a number of mobile police units are created, and one of these 'Tiger Brigades' is led by Valentin, who, together with his three faithful colleagues, goes after the big criminal Jules Bonnot and his gang.
