Canon The EOS R50 is a lightweight and compact system camera that is a highly versatile still and video camera. Designed for content creators and vloggers, it's slightly smaller and lighter than the EOS M50 Mark II and features an upgraded 24.2 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and DIGIC X image processor for high-resolution still images and UHD 4K video.

This camera offers a flexible ISO 100-32000 range, expandable to ISO 51200 for working in difficult lighting conditions. Using the full width of the image sensor, the EOS R50 supports 6K high definition UHD 4K 30 fps video recording and Full HD 1080 120 fps HD video. In addition, 1 hour of video recording is now available. The DIGIC X image processor also supports continuous shooting at up to 15 fps using the electronic shutter.
