Big hush, time-out, test and reset key
The Alecto SA300 DUO features a large, yet discrete hush, time-out, test and reset button. The entire surface is a large button that you can easily press with the top of a broomstick. You no longer have to stand on a staircase to test the detector, switch off the detector or the alarm.
• The hush button is used when you temporarily want to stop the alarm from sounding
• The time-out button is useful if you want to switch off the detector for a while when there is a risk of smoke development, for example when you are cooking with an open grill pan
• It is recommended to test smoke detectors regularly. Always press the test button at least once a month or after a period of absence
• Easy installation
This compact smoke detector from Alecto is suitable for wall and ceiling mounting and is easy to install in the desired location. To make it even easier, it comes with a mounting base, screws and plugs. As soon as the smoke detector is clicked onto the mounting plate, the detector is activated. The best places to place smoke detectors are in the hallway or upstairs landing. These are often the escape routes if a fire breaks out in the house.
