The Gardena 4700/2 inox Automatic submersible pressure pump is practical, powerful and easy to use. With a narrow pump housing and connection thread of only 149 mm, it is made of high-quality stainless inox steel. The rainwater pump pumps up to 4,700 litres per hour at a pressure of 2.3 bar and can be used in combination with, for example, irrigation guns or a larger sprinkler such as the AquaZoom.
The model is equipped with an automatic on/off function to ensure automatic operation and prevent dry running. The automatic function automatically turns the pump on and off when water is needed or when the water supply runs out: it can also be used with an irrigation controller. One of the pump's key features is the patented telescopic pipe, which ensures optimum flow and is made of light and durable aluminium. The length of the pipe is adjustable between 760 mm and 960 mm depending on the size of the rainwater tank. It allows you to flow all the water smoothly over the edge of the barrel without bending the hose. A control valve allows you to adjust the flow rate or completely shut off the flow of water into the hose.
