Unique technology
This cooker features a water pump, unique to filter coffee cookers, which drains the water from the cooker completely after the brewing process is finished. This means that no water is left standing in the coffee machine. You can be sure that you always start your coffee brewing with fresh, acidic water. In coffee machines without a water pump, about 1dl of water remains in the machine's piping after each use. This naturally has an effect on the taste of the next brew, because you start the brew with water that has been standing for a while, not fresh water.
Removable water tank - 100% fresh water
The coffee maker is equipped with a removable water tank, which makes it easy to add clean, fresh water directly from the tap. The water tank is marked with the recommended proportions of water and coffee, so you can easily prepare delicious coffee
Perfect temperature
The Performance Compact coffee maker features a highly accurate heating system that reaches the optimum coffee brewing temperature in seconds and maintains the right temperature throughout the process. The European Coffee Brewing Centre's approval shows that this coffee maker meets very precise quality criteria, including temperature and time. Unlike many other coffee machines on the market, the Performance maintains the correct temperature of 92-96ºC throughout the process, from the first drop to the last.
