With the removable water tank, you always get fresh, cold water straight from the tap. The water tank is marked with a scale indicating the water-to-coffee ratio, making it easy to dispense coffee. The removable filter also allows you to measure your coffee using a scale. Flow Control on the filter, which allows you to adjust the extraction time to the optimum ratio between coffee and water. This means you always get the perfect aromatic coffee, whether you brew a full pot or a smaller amount at a time. Svart Precision has a high-quality Italian water pump that drains the brewer completely of water after each cycle. This means that only clean, fresh water is used for each coffee brew. The patented heating system ensures perfect brewing temperature from the first drop to the last. even during extraction, the temperature is maintained at an optimum level by the double filter lines, which keep the temperature constant. A self-resetting hotplate keeps the coffee warm for 40 minutes, after which the brewer switches off automatically.
