The recommended filter replacement interval is four weeks. The Maxtra Pro filter cartridge ensures even better filtration results. The filter cartridge's innovative microcarbon beads filter chlorine and organic contaminants even more effectively, making your water truly fresh. Ion exchange beads trap copper and limescale, among other things, to extend the life of your appliances. The activated carbon in the Maxtra Pro filter is made from carbon derived from coconut shells. The filter canister is machine washable (no lid) and made of BPA-free plastic. The Flow canister holds a total of 8.2 litres of water and 5.2 litres of filtered water. It is easy to fill with one hand without removing the lid.
