The Fenix HL32R-T is a lightweight and powerful headlamp designed for active use. It has a maximum light output of 800 lumens, separate target and low beams, and a unique, progressive light output. It is powered by either the included USB-C rechargeable battery or three AAA batteries.
The HL32R-T is made of lightweight and durable magnesium, which makes it up to 40% lighter than comparable aluminium trail running lamps. Efficiently illuminated near and target lights illuminate the entire nearby area up to 132 metres. The colour temperature of the low beam is optimised to reproduce the details and colours of the target in a natural way. The headband has a quick adjustment feature, making it easy to adjust the headband to suit the user. The wider design of the headband (width 36 mm) allows the lamp to stay firmly on the head even when moving at high speed. The fast USB C charging port allows you to charge the lamp in around three hours.
Best illumination
The lamp's separate low beam and target LEDs provide the best illumination at all distances without compromise. Up to 800 lumens of light output from the remote light combined with a patented ultra-bright lens cone provides a uniform, glare-free beam up to 132 metres. The broadly illuminating neutral white (light colour tint 4000 K) low beam light preserves the colours of its subjects, enhances detail resolution, reduces glare and eye strain, especially when the light is used for long periods of time. In addition, thanks to its lower wavelength (4000 K), the light carries longer than conventional white light and you can see better in challenging weather conditions such as fog, water and mist.
Speed-adjustable light output
Wouldn't it be great if your headlamp could increase the light output when you're moving fast without you having to do anything? The Fenix HL32R-T has a patented step rate light output sensor that increases the light output according to your speed. This feature is particularly useful on downhill slopes, for example, where the increased light intensity helps you see obstacles in front of you more clearly. The light intensity is automatically adjusted and you don't have to do anything! The function is available when your walking speed is between 150 steps/min and 220 steps/min.
Wider quick-adjustable headband
The new, even higher performance SPORT (Secure Performance for Outdoor Running and Trail) headband is one of the best ever in its class. The collar's roller mechanism allows you to adjust the collar to just the right tension quickly, with just one hand, even with gloves on! Reflective logos increase visibility and improve safety in low light conditions.
