Lady is a cocker spaniel and the family favourite. In the family home, everything revolves around Lady until her owner has a baby. When Aunt Sara comes to look after the baby and Lady, she brings her two Siamese cats and chaos is inevitable. The cats wreak havoc in the apartment and blame Lady. When the situation becomes unbearable, Lady runs away and meets the charming dog Vagabond.
